Perhaps everyone wants to see the Tide lose? Tough!

Roll Tide!

That's pretty much why they came to see a Muhammad Ali fight for a lot of his career. I use to tune in to see who was going to beat the Miami Hurricanes in their heyday. More than likely, it's mostly because the public knew the talent these two teams possess and their football pedigree. I kept hearing Herbie say this game felt like a national championship game. To me, it felt more like the first game of the year against a good opponent, but I've learned to just focus on the process.

Hey I will tell you I was one of them, and one night I thought I did see him lose. He was fighting Jimmy Young, Jimmy was holding his own, til late in the round and Ali rope a dope kick in and that is what save him and his belts. Now don't get me wrong I like Ali and his trash talking and him and Howell did it great together.

You have Alabama fans, fans that want us to lose, and fans that just want a good game. With it being a close game, we kept the last 2 groups engaged. Really weren't competing against any big games either.

Ironically I turned off the TAMU game middle of the 3rd because I just got bored watching it...and missed a hell of a comeback.
