Checking in at half. I'm not going to try to read the first 23 pages of this thread, which is doggone impressive. I give credit to the aubrun staff on making this a 30 minute affair. The onside kick reminded me of our away game at Oklahoma. I was impressed with the Bama defense in possessions 3+. If aubrun wants to make McElroy the VIP, fine. They can say they kept Ingram from his personal award and we'll have a shot at the NC. My mid-game prediction is a Bama 13 point victory.

My oldest (student at UA) called in a marker to a high school friend at aubrun and scored a ticket late last night for $50. I was happy to pay it. He texted and said he's four seats over from John Hannah. I said put him in.

I don't see UF coming out running reverse passes and onside kicks, among a plethora of other trick plays.

The reason I thought Auburn would score first (and twice) was that they would be playing with nothing to lose. Their gameplan was to jump on us early using trick plays and misdirection, and hope we fold.

They were playing with adrenaline and emotion, while we were playing controlled and methodical.

The problem with adrenaline, is that when it wears off, you are more tired than you would have been otherwise. The depth issues will rear its head in a big way. I still think we score 40-ish.
