It worked well last year vs. Clemson. I personally like the white away uniforms. And we played pretty well last year while wearing them.

Home Field Adv in Atlanta?

Has anyone hear if we will have a significant home field advantage in Atlanta? I know VT is supposed to travel well for an ACC team.

Tech travels well. This, and a few dozen blocked kicks, is what I took away from the Music City Bowl where we played. That was before they became the VT that we now know, so I imagine the fam base is even larger.

Noting all that, they only have to fill half of the Georgia Dome to equal Bama's following. So "significant" would not be a word that I would anticipate being used to discribe one team's attendance avantage over the other.
