I like Hatcher very much as a person, as a coach he has done NOTHING at GSU so far, a win over each of our rivals is the only thing he can brag about. Horrible W/L record so far, he has either the 3rd or 4th worst record of a head coach at GSU so far. something in the .600% He came in at a really bad time though so I expect this year to be the turn around year.

Had several guys in HS(that I played with) that went to GSU to play. Always been a fan and watch a fair amount of games. GSU has a winning tradition. Cant help but love the uni's. If y'all had beat AUBRUN that year...would have made my year. I use to love to pull for FSU and GT to beat em.

Only three other coaches in the history of Division I football have won 50 or more games in four seasons, as Johnson joined Walter Camp (1888-1891, 54-2 at Yale), George Woodruff (1892-1895, 53-4 at Penn) and Bob Pruett (1996-99, 50-4 at Marshall) on the exclusive list.

In 12 seasons overall as a head coach, Johnson owns a career record of 116-43 (.729). The only coach to win more games in his first 12 seasons as a head coach was Nebraska's Tom Osborne.
