I think it's great to start getting some national attention. Although with the attention comes great expectation's. Saban can keep this team grounded.
Cannot wait for that Georgia game.

I think that's an interesting point you make, TNTidefan. I believe Saban might be a coach who does a better job of keeping a team grounded than lifting a team up after a demoralizing loss. We saw last season that the team was way up after beating UT, and then sunk to entirely new lows. On the other hand, if he is able to keep them in check, they will perform as they should against UT and WKU, and then get ready to open SEC play.

I bet Leigh Tiffin hasn't forgotten 2006, his last trip to Fayetteville...

It's higher than I thought we'd be. But, considering the quality of our win and looking at the list of teams we jumped from last weeks rankings - I can't argue.

I just think the ranking is a little high IMO.

I wish they would wait until we have beaten someone...

Sure we do, we heard it for a couple weeks.

I think UGA is a tad overrated now because of season ending injuries to a few of their starters. IMO UF may be the best team on that side of the conference when all is said and done. Of course, I hope we have something to say in that by beating UGA and as a result I would much rather play UF in a championship game than UGA twice, if we are lucky enough to get there.
