The state can have a law allowing guns at tailgates but UGA can have a law prohibiting guns on campus or Athens can have a law prohibiting guns during certain events.

trust me, if they, or anyone, think that guns haven't been taken to tailgating places, whether it be UGA, BAMA, or wherever, in the past, they are SORELY mistaken.
