Tagging onto that we knew what he was getting into when he took the TX job back in 2010. We were in a different era of football then and he did leave TX with an offense scoring, on average, 28 points per game. In 2010 Bama was averaging 36 a game when it was a league where defense was still winning ball games.
This past season Boise State only averaged 28 a game against Mountain West competition. In 2019 they were averaging 21.

just hard to figure..... i guess it surprises me-as the Tennessee hire did...
