I haven't been into town since the storm came through and have no idea what the park and shuttle situation is.

Last time we parked at the mall by the Ruby Tuesday's and rode over on the shuttle.

Its going to be four of us this time(bringing my fiancee and my ten year old daughter), so that would be a bit pricey, but is a viable option due to ease.

Thoughts or suggestions?

(Go to google maps and map this out) Best way in and out for you is going to come up Highway 82 out of Montgomery. 82 turns into a 4 lane once you hit Centerville. Before you get to I-20/59, highway 215 turns off of 82. I can't remember the mile marker, but the Coca-Cola plant is right in front of the turn off.
215 (Old Montgomery Highway) goes about 2 miles and comes up to Skyland Blvd. Go straight across Skyland (the road is now Greensboro Ave). Run Greensboro Ave up about 2 miles to 35th Street/10th avenue. Turn right (Chevron station) on to 10th Avenue. 10th Avenue takes you directly to the southside of the stadium. At 10th Avenue and 15th street is Central High School. It is $20 to park. You are about 6-7 blocks from the Stadium. That is the best way in and out of BDS, and you can miss A LOT of traffic coming out of there.

BTW everywhere is $20 to park at minimum.

You can park at the deck behind City Hall off University Blvd (1 mile to the stadium) and either walk or ride the shuttle round trip. The shuttle is $3 round trip and the parking is free.

This is good guidance unless it fills up, which I have no idea how likely or when that might occur. This will also allow you to quickly hit I-359 that can jet you north through Northport or south through Moundville. 359 will also quickly get you into the I-20/59 parking lot if you are heading toward Birmingham.

All things considered, you can't beat the price.

True, but you can sat that about any parking area filling up. I have only seen the City Hall Deck fill up once. Then again I get there early and then take my time getting back after the game. LOL
