It looked more like a shoulder to the neck area. It was a “kill shot” that missed, so to speak

He definitely led with the crown. He was attempting to make a statement. We've been hit with that before.

Ironically that part of the rule is not there to protect the offensive player. It was included to replace the spearing rule which protected the defensive player. To prevent the fool from breaking his neck.

Will these folks step in and say the call was wrong and should've been held confirmed? Nah.

It was a former UA player going for kill shot that missed. What I know about him, he hasn’t done squat since UGA game last year. Got lots of $ on NIL deals though and a podcast, so he alright!!!

From what I saw, it looked like he banged his head on the ground pretty hard and that's what caused his disorientation. Also, I think Coach Deboer said he has a concussion.

I'm thinking sit out this week and for the game. Next week ease back into it if the signs point to him returning by next Saturday.

Well, when you had a quarterback that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn and throwing the ball once past the line of scrimmage multiple times it's extremely hard to produce as a receiver.
