🏈 Anyone going to the game

My Bryant-Denny ban will expire end of this month, so I'll be there in November. Nah, no ban. Just 3 kids playing football and cheering all day every Sat. by the time it's all said and done.

Thank goodness for Va. Tech in the Dome or I wouldn't have graced an Alabama game yet. For those of you that never go to games, how do you do it?

Had planned on coming up for the USC game, but got caught up in some work stuff. BUT, plane ticket has been purchased for UT next weekend. Will be my first game back since 2004 when we lived in B'ham and had season tickets. From what I understand, things have changed there on campus...some?

lol............;)

Nah, don't know what you're talking about. ;)

I'll be there with my wife, friend, and his wife.

Also, for anyone who may be traveling I-59 south through the Gadsden area, expect some slow traffic from Collinsville down to Attalla. The south bound is only one lane at this time, and you will get hammered with a speeding ticket (doubled) if you travel faster than 55 mph.

Just a heads up.

My son has practice Saturday and my wife doesn't feel it fair for me to take my daughter and leave him behind, so we will be watching this one on the tube. Hopefully, no practice will be scheduled next weekend.:wife:

Going to game where is the best place for public parking????

Born in Birmingham. Used to go to the games at Legion Field! Now live in Virginia and this is our 3rd trip to a game in Tuscaloosa. We wind up walking several miles to the stadium. Pretty hard for an old girl! Are there any options????? Thanks for any advice!:elephant:

me and my 18 yr old daughter are going, she got me tickets for my birthday ,10/10, and wanted to go with me. she got real lucky and must have gotten tickets returned by south carolina, cause she got them for face value off of the University web site last wednesday.

Actually she is my step-daughter, me and her mother divorced last year and she went out of her way to make this special for me and her, maybe it is a testament to how she thinks of me as a step-father, IDK?

My last trip we parked at the mall on McFarland(I think) and payed to ride the bus to the stadium. These are big tour type buses and it was fun riding with all the other fans. The buses pick you up right outside the stadium after the game.
