No. Part of the questioning of me revolved around whether Murdaugh and Laffitte were lying about the purposes of loans (farming and construction) vs. their actual uses (covering overdrafts and paying back stolen funds) - which is loan fraud - and whether Murdaugh was a good credit risk for the bank.
