Any Canon folks here?

Curious if anyone's ever messed around with Magic Lantern (http://magiclantern.wikia.com/wiki/Magic_Lantern_Firmware_Wiki)?

I've used CHDK on my point and shoot SD 780IS, installed it so I could use zoom while shooting video.

I have a 60D and I'm going to start playing around with Magic Lantern, curious if anyone has used it before.

Nope, asking if they have used the Magic Lantern firmware that runs on an SD card, which gives a ton more features than what canon offers. Part of the reason I'm asking because we have some folks who use cameras professionally.

better bracketing, built in intervalometer are just a few examples - a ton of features they provide.

I just watched their video and looks pretty cool. Looks safe to run since it is only writing to RAM. I would say give it a shot.

Im glad you posted this. I would really like to try it when they have it ready for the 7D. I liked the light balance meter feature. Looks really cool!
