as many good things as i've seen this season out of the team (even in games they lost), i just really hope it doesn't end up being a big fart at the end with a loss to the barn and a crappy bowl game.

sorry bout the downer... i just think it's really important that the team goes out on a good note this year after the last 5 years of relatively or completely crappy finishes.

no TV today is going to give me flashbacks to when i was a kid and used to listen to a lot of the games on the radio as there was less airplay than there is now.

I was talking with an Auburn fan yesterday about the upcoming weekend in West Opelika. One of the subjects was how this game seems to be anti-climatic in itself. Although, I'm sure that'll change in the next 24 hours.

I did come across one thing I found on the humorous side yesterday. There was a post on one of the Bama forums with some pics a guy had taken on his trip to Auburn this past week.

You have seen so many Auburn fans talk about how Saban hasn't been on their minds...they aren't worried about him...it's just another game.

But then, you find something like this.

I'm still wondering if they think we are playing Troy State or UAB this year.

Please, Saban is on their minds. I don't care what any barn fan tells you, it's on their mind.

Even if they win next week, it will be their last time beating Bama for a few seasons!
