Yeah, Michelle has caught my eye a time or two so I'll check this one out as well. I understand it's based in Montana but strays away from the original shows "plot." Dunno.

I did read this and thought it was interesting. Evidently, the original title for this one was 2024.

Guilty pleasure western/comedy for me is Maverick. I haven't seen the Cowboys and Aliens movie, but I recall when it was out.

The thought crossed my mind the other day...look at the "stars" he's worked with on his series. I have a more "wholesome" view. (And yes, hell just froze over.) I see a guy, who is a good writer, finding a chance to work with people he grew up admiring. Set the cameo's aside we've seen from the "horse/cattle" episodes:

• Billy Bob Thornton
• Sam Elliot
• Helen Mirren
• Harrison Ford
• Kevin Costner
• Sly Stallone
• Tim Hill and Faith McGraw (could be one, or two here..but now the music side of his life enters the picture.)
• Graham Greene
• LaMonica Garrett
• Flynn (can't think of his first name...played many supporting roles as an Irish type henchman.)
• Jeremy Renner (from quite a while ago; before the Mayor series.)
• Nicole Sheridan
• Morgan Freeman ...

This list goes on. Now he can work with Pheiffer?!?
