Anyone else notice during the Sunday Night Football game (Bengals @ Steelers) that in his animated self-introduction (whatever you call it) at the beginning of the game, that Andre Smith, instead of saying "Andre Smith, Alabama," or "Andre Smith, University of Alabama," said, "Andre Smith, Roll Tide?" I thought that was great. Love it!

Haha yeah occasionally you catch a Bama alum doing that. DeMeco Ryans did it a few weeks ago.

Yeah Demeco has been doing it for years, its funny to see what some of them will say. Julio and Dont'a always say "THE University of Alabama" and Ingram usually says "Roll Tide" too.

Not a big fan of when they do "THE University of Alabama". Seems like they're copying Ohio State or something. Just go "Roll Tide" or "University of Alabama".

Jarret Johnson has the ol' country boy way of doing it; sounds awesome too.

It really doesn't matter to me as long as they make a statement that is recognized across the country. Roll Tide, The University of Alabama or Alabama is fine.
