These are some of the most tight lipped injury reports I have ever seen. I have not heard one word of Ekiyor or Owens. I know some said that Allen may have a chance to make the title game, and that was a month or so ago, but haven't heard anything on him either although I knew that was slim to none. Still, haven't heard anything on Armor-Davis either.

Was listening to the Next Round this AM... Sounds like Ekiyor is a go with the shoulder... One of the guests mentioned seeing Owens hobbling around noticeably, but will start.

Freightening to think a beat up Owens will be the RT.... But if that's the best option, hopefully he plays his ass off! I wonder if the backup RT is Latham or George at this point? Assuming George, especially with Latham also being in place as the backup guard.

The fellas have been holding up well the last couple games.... Let's see them finishing strong!! RTR

I may rather see Latham push out to tackle. We've seen what George can do, and I think I'd rather be able to say Latham was given an opportunity than to see George potentially struggle. Of course he struggled against Auburn with the wide splits and was just getting beat around the edge. I assumed Georgia would do that in the SEC Championship, but they did not. I expect that to change as they will look for any change they can to get pressure. Both guys are like 6'7 - 320, so not much difference in size. I just want someone in there that if they struggle, they can atleast use their size to get in the way and let the skilled guys make up the difference.
 
Roll Tide guys. I have been pretty tough on this team because of our youth, lack of talent(as compared to years past0 and the injuries that we have sustained. I haven't been a fan of BOB's play calling ever really but this team's fight and ability to overcome and find a way has definately been awesome. I love a hardworking over achiever and love this team.

That being said.. I think if Georgia plays their best game we will have a hard time keeping up. They are the older, deeper, bigger team and we embarrassed them on the National stage meaning they will have a new plan and serious mean on. I can only hope that our guys are tuned in to everyone talking about how Georgia, how they busted ..Bama didn't win and even to me calling the dogs the the Older, deeper and bigger team. I hope and expect every pundit to pick Georgia.. I hope that helps motivate our O-line and d-line for a repeat performance.

Not super optimistic but will be pulling hard for our boys.. Roll Tide!!
 
Don’t kill me, placing all my remaining Bama bucks on UGA only because it’s the only shot I have at getting near the leaders. Think, Final Jeopardy.

Tonight, my thoughts. Metchie had 9 catches 97 yards in game 1. Someone has got to replace that. Success passing is not optional.

We must win the turnover battle again.

Who is more prepared and calm for the big stage? Young or Bennett? I take Young 8 days a week. But we need to rattle Bennett early. Downhill from there.
