I'm getting into this tenderloin and thought of something I added. It's one I get locally; from a bee farm of all places.
I think I've seen something like this in Publix. It may have been Harris Teeter. Local Hive I believe was the brand. I'd have to look it up...
Anyway, it's a honey / cayenne pepper combo hot sauce. I like on, for instance, a chicken breast filet cooked in the skillet...dropped on a sesame seed bun ... slo and lo. Hell of a sandwich you can make in 10 minutes.
