Other than the TD and one other pass, Milroe’s having a tough passing day. I hope that turns around as it’s hard to beat a good defense when you’re one dimensional on offense.
We have run the ball well against this defense and now this series we come out trying to throw. Make them stop the run and then we can open up more on offense.
This is where Milroe has to improve. These sacks he takes and reacting two seconds late when it's all right in front of him has to absolutely be gone from his game next season. That guy was right there in his peripheral and gets tackled thinking a shoe atring reach won't get him and then boom a nine yard loss. That stuff hurts.
Milroe has come SO FAR since the Texas came, but so far today he has reverted back to his early season level of performance. He will need to come back STRONG in the second half.
