One has to think if Syracuse can pull the upset, we could sneak in. Clemson and Miami both should fall past us shall we win today. I'd love to meet Ohio State in Round 1.

I get pissed when our players get snippy and trash talk and do not carry themselves with class. I expect that when they put on the crimson jersey. Michigan and Ohio State are both programs that should do the same.

You talk about old school, well old school is a hatred for the rival team. Fighting comes with the hatred you speak of weekly with Tennessee and Auburn. Let's be honest, if you want class, half the negative thoughts you speak to here would never happen.

You can compete and not like an opposition but still keep your composure and represent your school with class. On here this is in house chatter. I teach my kids and their teams to not run their mouths and play hard. I tell them to talk their teammates up during the game and afterwards to be respectful. We win a big game, I don't tell them to shut up and walk to the locker room, I let them celebrate their victory and enjoy the moment. Flying your flag and stamping it at midfield is no different than the cheerleaders running the field with our school flags, our mascot running around hyping us up, or us screaming Rammer Jammer after a game. Ohio State feeling offended after they got beat is a personal problem. They decided to fight and made a mess because their feelings were hurt. Could Michigan have gone straight to their locker room? Of course they could have, but all the crap Ohio State talked about them, Michigan "not being a threat this year", and the expected butt whooping, you bet your butt I'm letting my boys sing their alma mater with the band and jump into the stands with their fans. About that, is playing your schools fight song at their stadium not wrong after you beat them? It's louder and a bigger symbol of the school than the logo, so is it off limits to you?

A&M tackling makes me think they prepared for a flag football game. Texas hands it off every play and they can’t stop the guy. It’s worse than Sampson against our D in the 2nd half of the UT game.

It’s hard to believe, but A&M’s offense has scored less than Bama scored against Oklahoma last week. Goose egg. Man, their offense is atrocious. Play calling is just plain awful. They have no business being in the hunt for the SEC title. Their D is decent, at best, but their offense is pitiful. 3 plays from the 1 yard line and the call the same handoff up the middle every time. The 4th down play the QB runs back to the 6 yard line to make the handoff.

There is zero difference when a cheerleader runs on the field with a massive flag after a victory and waives it on your field.

I think you and I both are a lot different than this new age crap, definitely agreed. Malachi Moore has not been a leader to me this year. I'm not "in the building" and behind the scenes, but I know what I have seen on TV more than once. Love the cancer victim video I saw from him, but actions on the field spoil that for me. Same goes for a lot of others that run their mouths all game long, especially the ones that make a tackle after a 40 yard gain. All that being said, I still believe to the victors goes the spoils and if there is no contact or aggressive approach of the other team, all is fine.
