Arky d staff simply said they did not want to get beat by the deep ball. Not sure if they really thought they could contain the TEs and RBs with limited personnel/talent but that is what they tried to do. Basically just made for longer drives for UA and a bunch of rushing touchdowns. Hate to see Roydell put that on the ground

This announcer is an idiot.... he knows nothing of what he is talking about with NFL QBs.

Running QBs get their ass killed in the NFL. That need to be mobile is secondary to being a very good pocket passer with good accuracy and pocket presence.

I promise you the majority of teams would LOVE to have a seasoned pocket passer over a running QB. Unfortunately, there are few of those coming out of the NCAA ranks these days.
