Bama vs Ole Missy...(Bama defense week 3)

I expect Ole Miss to put 300 total yards up, likely more. Hell, over half of the SEC is over 400 yards a game right now—only three under 300 (AU, UArk, and Vandy.)

IMO, the well rounded coaches have the advantage. Fundamentals at a premium.

The boom or bust kind of showed with the Pirate... Herman getting exposed.... Cousin Eddy and Pruitt have proven to be pretty solid coaches. JMO

no offense intended but what has Uga defense done to prove at this point they arethe best defense in the country?

No offense taken.
I realize they haven't exactly played any great offenses at this point, but from what I've seen, they are in the right places when they are supposed to be.
Also, I don't see anyone else in the country that is doing better at this point.
Our D has potential to be the best, but at this point they are not. We are out of position a little too often.

A quick look at the uga defense: (after 2 games)
3rd down conversions 9/29
Rushing Yds total for season: 116
Passing yds for season: 380
Comp / Att / Int: 37/67/3
Sacks: 5
Hurries: 3
Points given up: 16

Those are pretty good. And after all, it is my opinion.
That doesn't mean that we can't hang a bunch on them, and I hope we wipe them out on both sides of the ball. Roll Tide!!!
