🏈 All is good in the world. The off season champs are BACK

everybody looks "good" (in a sense) on the 1st day of practice. you haven't played anybody, all the guys are fresh (for the most part) and nobody is seriously banged up.

the key is how it translates to the field on game day.

i liken it to when a qb has an all-star first game and the fans want to start the heisman talk. well, one game, especially the 1st game of the season, doesn't make a heisman.

Did it really say...receivers are quicker...QBs are quicker on their feet....
Bad news..you can get people stronger...more focused..but it hard if not impossible to get them faster or quicker ( lose some weight..then...maybe...)but optimism is hgh on new coaches first day with team...and optimism wil fill seats..which UT needs... but to cmpare them to Bama, Clemson, UGA types is really a stretch considering talent.....

They're paying big money for the Alabama experience. With Muschamp to the east of them and Kirby to the south, and Jimbo to the west, it would only stand to reason they are logically next up to enjoy Saban-like success.

Now that I think about it, with so many assistant coaches off the Saban tree in the SEC, and so many others fired, maybe we should vote again for 9 conference games and see if our conference has grown a backbone?
