The Alabama football team have won three out of the last four bcs national championships. They boast a 49-5 record over the last 4 years, but this year will be tougher than the previous ones. The reason is because of the lack of experience and leadership on this years defensive unit as they lost* of six of their top defenders to this years draft including all-american Dee Milliner. The remaining group has some good players, but lack the tenacity and experience this group had. Key returnees are Ha Ha Clinton Dix, Cj Mosley, Trey DePriest, Vinnie Sunseri and many others who saw playing time throughout the year. The biggest impact will come from this years recruiting class which was the number one class in the country. It includes top defensive recruits Reuben Foster, Dee Liner, Jonathan Allen and others.
