Notre Dame, no question. There is no better revenge than revenge on the national stage. I really like Te'o but I cannot STAND the team as a whole and I find it unbelievable they have made it undefeated this far. Close games with Purdue, BYU, Pitt (?!?!?), hell even BC should have been a blow out, BC is godawful. I think everyone has hopped onto the ND bandwagon, claiming their win over the mighty Wake Forest was "huge" and "showing that they are worthy of the NC. Get real. Not that WCU is any prize but SEC teams have tougher schedules. I hope they beat USC, if only so we can destroy them in the NC.

Just think: America freakin' loves ND right now. An ND-Bama championship would be us against the world, pretty much. Not to mention everyone hates the SEC .. I can't WAIT to make everyone eat some well-deserved crow.

I was listening to Mike and Mike on the way in to work this morning and heard Golic say the Notre Dame passed the "eye test" Saturday by beating Wake Forest 38-0. Really? That is their "eye test"? I admit their offense has gotten better as the year has gone on but come on man....Notre Dame's "eye test" was that horid performance against Pitt and BYU.

I would like nothing better than to play ND and in the words of Stone Cold Steve Austin "stomp them into a mud puddle and then stomp the puddle dry".

I admit to a perverse streak, however, where I would be fascinated if the Domers lose to USCw, Oregon loses to Ore. State and Florida beats FSU, thus lining up another all SEC BCS NC and giving the national media weeks of anguish about it.

It could really be BCS chaos. If people think this weekend was nuts, wait til some more crazy stuff happens over the next few weeks. Who knows who could be playing in January??

Also, I have seen several lists that have Georgia at #2 (mostly on forums, blogs, sports sites, etc) .. GET REAL!!!!

IN 73 we had them backed up in their own endzone and they completed a long pass and went on to win. We had them right where we wanted em but we let it slip away.

ND would be the matchup!! You take 2 of the most prestigious college football programs and have a winner take all matchup!! Can you imagine what those tickets will sell for???? i can recall a freshman QB named Walter Lewis having a long run against the Domers at Legion Field in 1980 only to be drug down at the 1yd line. Domers won 7-0. I then recall standing in the end zone at the "Old Gray Lady" when Bennett blew Buerlien up in 1986!!! I was supposed to have been selling programs that day!!
