They (Kilfoyl and Fouts) have certainly been inconsistent lately, but they are also playing some really good teams. The SEC (like baseball), is loaded. Bama drew a bit a short straw with their schedule, but that could pay off later. Big series with Arkansas next weekend and UF looming after that. Those are the top 3 teams in the standings...

Iron sharpens iron for sure. This is why I pump the breaks early in the year for softball and baseball, because the schedules are light. Getting up each week for a series is much more difficult than rotating teams in an early season tournament.
