I'm surprised that one finds so little attention being paid to this matter in the Bama blogosphere. The Sims shoulder situation - what it might mean in terms of degraded performance down the stretch - had risen to the top of my worry list.

I'm surprised that one finds so little attention being paid to this matter in the Bama blogosphere. The Sims shoulder situation - what it might mean in terms of degraded performance down the stretch - had risen to the top of my worry list.

A concern of mine as well... A lot, if not all, of the uncertainty will be cleared up (for better or worse) when we play Ole Miss though.

I was concerned that Sims had separated his shoulder when he went down and the way he was holding his arm. IMO, the coaching staff is giving home the week off from throwing any passes and he will resume his normal practice routine on Monday. I'll also say he is getting a lot of work with the trainers behind closed doors. Just speculation on my part but that is what I believe is going on with him.
