TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's basketball team will be one of eight teams that will compete in the 2020 Maui Jim Maui Invitational, the tournament announced Wednesday morning. The event will take place on Nov. 23-25 at the historic Lahaina Civic Center on the island of Maui.

In addition to the Crimson Tide, other participants in the 37th annual edition of the event include Davidson, Indiana, North Carolina, Providence, Stanford, Texas and UNLV.

I like Coaches' reaction to it. Paraphrased mind you, but the comment was to the extent that "I'd rather be in the Bahamas in "19 and Maui in '20 instead of being in Alaska!!" UB had played the last couple of times in the Great Alaska Shootout during his tenure.
