Look, I understand it is wrong and should have been proofread, but in today's society when a bunch of dumbasses aren't speaking properly anyways and think they are being edgy and cool by creating new words, does it really matter? There are bigger travesties in the world.

People are just so darn easy to read (pun intended) and I can only assume we are in full offseason thread mode. It's once again time to hear from our noble knights of proper grammar who are sure they are saving mankind from himself, one word at a time.

Those of us that embrace Mark Twain, Ernest T and Festus Hagen often refer to them as 'the word Nazi,' respectfully. In short, it never ends well and so my words of wisdom would be, in that we have a long way to September, correct the thought if you must, but leave the alphabet alone. Nobody cares.

Full blown off season when the grammar police are checking Twitter and Facebook. It is a mistake and Twitter does punish someone for not proof reading before posting. No edit button.

I could accept that.

But.

That was a graphic made in advance that was posted on Twitter. It wasn't as simple as a mistake typing even though it involved typing the word your. The graphic artist missed it as well as a few others before it hit Twitter.

It's as bad as a mistake made in an advertisement you'd see in your local paper.

One thing for sure--there are a few that will never make this mistake the rest of their lives.

Only people that make mistakes are those that are doing something...
And then it’s time to move on

Because if you're in the graphic art promotional business, and you make a mistake like that, not only IS it time to move on...someone should be pushing you.

Hey, it's just mistake...but ya know, it's as if both people here use and spell these words every day.
