I didn't say Hurts or Milroe couldn't win games. I'm saying they are not the best option at QB with what is on the roster. By fall, Milroe will be the 3rd or 4th best option.

Milroe won't be around if he's the 3rd or 4th option.

That saying isn't referring to injuries, it refers to a 2QB system, i.e., a system utilized because there is no separation between the two, or for whatever reason a coach won't choose one.

A good backup is a necessity, not 1A and 1B.

In other words, both QBs playing an "equal" amount. Sometimes it's every other possession, sometimes it's down and distance, sometimes it's based on play count.
