🏀 Alabama Basketball this week: 11/26 - 12/4

I am excited to see our boys grow and some of the young kids develop. I think we could be a good team later in the year but we need to find ourselves offensively and win these close games early in the year. Conference will be tough this year and our schedule isn't easy. Going 2-0 this week would help but will be a tall task both of these teams are good teams and I think Texas will probably finish in the top 3 of the Big 12.. Shaka is doing a great job there.
 
Just want to see this team come together and we still need to develop some go-to guys in crunch time. Ingram is still very young in college experience but I hope we see him taking over at the point. Lots to do and I haven't seen them since the Dayton game. I love BAMA basketball! ROLL TIDE!!!!!
 
Hey, we don't look like a just a 3-point shooting team tonight. Ingram is penetrating early and often and our defense looks good early. Now I hope the bench decides to do something besides shoot 3s. Halfway through the first half and it's Bama 18 to 5.
 
Our defense looks a whole lot better and more like last years team. Rotation with our big men is different tonight with Donte Hall starting and Hale and Taylor coming off the bench. Coach AJ has been very unhappy with our big men's effort in Las Vegas. Bama 25 to 10, 6 minutes in the half.
 
As free throw shooting goes, we still stink at about 65% for the year. Hard to get better offensively missing so many free ones. But we are drawing a ton of fouls. Where's our go-to guy? We got some depth and size folks. Davis knocked down a 3 to finish the half. 40 to 15 is the halftime score.
 
Fishback at the half says he has seriously underestimated Bama's team, from what he see's tonight and from going to practice he says they are big and strong and plays defense and will show up as the season progresses. I believe that. 2nd half coming.
 
Buccaneers shot 24% for the half. Bama 5-15 on 3s. Avery has lit a fire under some Crimson Butts since Valpo. Ingram 3 and Ingram going to the hole, he's aggressive tonight and looks like Mr. Basketball. 45-15
 
Braxton Key was dealing, facemask and all. King started tonight and looked good as well. Maybe we are settling on a better starting lineup with better balance and that's true for our bench as well. The is the best this team has looked so far this season. We need to see more of this consistency in our next efforts. Great defense for a dramatic change. Final: Beatdown Bama 76 CSU 46.

Anyway, off to @Texas, @Oregon, and Clemson coming to T-Town. Plenty on our plate this month.
 
Bama was in control until first part is second half. The reefs made about 5 really bad foul calls on us and swallowed their whistles against UT and it got in our head.

Then they started pressing us and we lost our composure and our rhythm on offense and let them steal this game from us.

Could have and should have been a good road win but turned into a display of our your and immaturity.

I think we will be a good team by year end.
 
Agreed about some bad calls. Riley has completely forgotten how to shoot. Hale gets 30 or pouts his way to one point. Avery will get it straightened out.

Shaka. Man, the press worked. AJ ought to just go to him and say "Okay, you got us." Shaka. Man oh man.
