IMO it may depend on the situation. But if the game is on the line, as of right now, my chips are on Jalen Milroe. He's still raw and trying to become the passer that he needs to be, but he has off the charts ability. Bill O'Brien has shared with some scouts/visitors to the complex/practices that he has Lamar Jackson type potential.
#9 has quick feet, strong arm, and seems to recognize what is going on pretty quick after the snap. I like how he avoided the rush a time or two and delivered to the open guy. #42 came clean and #9 was totally locked in on that left side thus the fumble/strip. Paul has the arm. It would have been better to had seen him play with the 1's to get a better idea. I don't see him being the starter but we damn sure needed him getting better and ready to play. With this new rule it will be hard to have a crew of really good QB's on the roster. You will be one injury at QB from being in a world of shit like Private Pyle.
