I figured I would go Nostra-dumbass on you guys and give a prediction.

I looked through the poles and while Bama controls it's own destiny much like many other teams, I have come to a conclusion.

In some areas this is a bit of a stretch, but in others not so much. Here goes.

I predict Bama will Play Boise St. for the MNC.

Looking at the poles. I think we can run the table and beat Florida in the SECCG. Really all that is left is for OK to beat UT in the Red River Shootout. Boise St. has an absolute cake walk for the rest of the season. They are to their conference what FSU was to the ACC in the 90's.

Boise St will be right behind us in the poles the rest of the way.

Remember you heard it here first.

You can put me in your amen corner too.....I took vacation today for the national championship. My boss asked "why do you want vacation for Jan 8?"

I told him Bama would be in the national champiosnhip game on Jan. 7 and I was going to be up all night celebrating our victory! There is no way I was coming in to work the next day."

JMO, but no way Boise State will get in unless everyone else has 2 losses. The pollsters will not put them in over a 1 loss BCS team.

Exactly If USC beats Cal they may jump Boise state this week. If OK beats UT they will also jump Boise state. Boise state will fall every week because of their schedule as long as teams like VT, USC, OK..... continue to win.

don't count the acc out this year.. alot would have to fall into place. but, if miami beats oklahoma and oklahoma beats texas, VT might be hard to remove.. their conference championship game will probably give them an edge over a one loss usc..

only problem there is that fans have been drooling for a USC vs SEC matchup..

I agree completely. BSU's schedule is a cakewalk - there are no remaining games on their schedule that can help their SOS scores. Even if they run the table, as long as there are two BCS conference schools with one loss or less, they will be out.
