Through ESPN/NCAA Football/2007 Bowl Central, there is a link to ACCUSCORE. http://accuscore.com/ncaaf/ncaaf-home/home/
ACCUSCORE claims that they take two team statistics and tendencies and run them through a computer simulating a game between then 10,000 times. This gives them a percentage of likelihood of each team winning a single game between them.
ACCUSCORE has done this for all the bowls. Bama was found to have a 65% chance of winning any single game played with Colorado. BTW, the barn was projected to lose by about the same percentage.
