ESPN's formula for ranking differs from the other three...if it's still the same way it used to be when I dived into their rankings. A lot of ESPN is based on immediate roster impact.

Their rankings are always far off from the others. it's very weird.

Not really. They differ on team rankings: not so much player rankings. If a team pulls in a 5 star safety and there's already one, or two, on the roster...impact shifts.

It's basically Lug's formula with computers
