🏈 A look inside BDS (cool pictures)

This message board is pretty lenient so watch out for bad language in the posts. They're a pretty neat behind the scenes look, I thought you guys might enjoy.

I must say, I had the honor of a BDS tour; locker room, press room, recruiting room, etc. Even was walked out the tunnel and onto the field (not during a game, of course!). Pretty special experience that I won't forget. Great venue and great place for LSEAUX to take a tumble!

Wow. Over the years, I've been in a dozen or so professional locker rooms across several pro sports and based on these photos, I'd say the Tide's digs are just about as first rate as any I've ever seen. Very impressive. As a high school recruit, I'd be pretty blown away by the whole BDS experience.

For those of you with kids, Big Al's Kids Club has a Spring Day that gives you and your kid the run of the field and a locker room tour. They have a number of other events around other sports, too, but the BDS day is the big thing.

Tim

Did Anthony Steen stick out to anyone else in those pictures? I remember his recruitment and reading he was strong but damn that kid looks HUGE now. Curious how much weight he has put on since being in school.

Appreciate it, Tim. Both of my little ones will love this!!

Glad to help. Go to www.rolltide.com/genrel/alab-big-al-kids.html and you can register online. The hardcopy form tells a little more about it. $25 for the first kid and $15 for siblings, and you get a T-shirt and a few other things. The birthday card from Big Al was a nice treat. They set up inflatables before some of the secondary sports to attract the kids, and you'll get email updates every week or two of what's planned for different events.

RTR,

Tim
