He's the annoying little brother who won't shut up until you punch him in the face. He's known for his trash talking and jawing. Remember his feud with Cutler? And he supposedly flipped off the Bengals or somebody. Regardless, he was as talented as any QB in history. Like Marino, he just never won the big one. But IMO he should be Hall of Fame worthy.
