Last year, out of the 350+ teams that were competing in D1 play, a little over 20% of those teams had winning records on the road. As I recall, only three teams in the SEC were above .500 on the road: UF, AU, and UT.
This year, through two weeks of conference play, the story isn't playing out the way it did in previous years. In the first 12 games of this season we've already seen five teams win on the road. @ 20% vs a little over 40% may not hold true throughout this season. I can't say I've seen one start this way in a long time.
UT hasn't lost on the road yet this season and I can't see them dropping a game this weekend visiting Florida. It should be a heck of a matchup.
