A Corner Boy who done good!!

It was because of guys like you that laid the foundation there at Corner. I always look up to you guys as I was coming along. JACKET PRIDE!!!! RTR!!!!

Following the team picture, Coach Curry called us up and told us that “we were an excellent team and that we would’ve been national champions if we had a better head coach!”

People do not realize how good, injury free to key players and some key plays have to take place to be a National Champion. This was a very good football team! CC and his staff do not get enough credit IMO because he could not beat Auburn and he was not a Bama guy. Loved going to the coaching clinics in the spring with his staff.

There will be a number of team reunions this year. 1989, 1979 (at the Ole Miss Game), 1999 (Southern Miss) and 2009 (Miss State?).

I probably need to let Butch know that there was likely the same number of people in attendance for us as was for them. Crowd was abysmal but the HEAT!!!!! Who could blame them?

I didn't think A LOT of things through to be honest. I had our camera from my sons' game the night before and then we walked off and left it in the vehicle.
