I don't know if anyone saw this in the T-town news yesterday, but here goes:
(paraphrasing) Texas A&M Coach Paul 'Bear' Bryant withdrew his name from consideration of the job vacancy left by J.B. Whitworth at the University of Alabama. Coach Bryant publicly recommended that they hire the head coach at North Carolina (I forgot the name).
