As I recall, the Bama/Virginia Tech game was the biggest game of that weekend...and the Bama/LSU game was the biggest of that weekend...and the Bama/Florida game will be the biggest game of the year other than the National Championship game, which Bama could be in as well.

Just counting the Tech, LSU, and Florida games, Bama will have been a marquee team for 3 of the 13 weeks we played. -- That's 23% of the time. Who else averages a "Game of the Week" per month?

Televised games filtering down past Gatortown and into southern Florida is a difficult thing, but its happening. My thoughts are that having Bama's success, their 100K seat stadium, and bus load of NFL draftees telecasted into living rooms all over Florida will help these prospects see beyond Gainsville.
