West Division champion wore a colored jersey in the SECCG. The previous 4 times(2001, 2003, 2005, and 2007) that the West was the home team, LSU won the West and wore white. Of course, in the even years (2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2008) they were the visitor and wore white also.

Should we wear black?....the color of our jerseys will mean nothing. The ass whooping coming to the Gators will be from hard work and dedication to a single cause. Winning football games! AIGHT!

I wish I could remember which player said this:

When other teams wear black it just makes us mad.

LOL.

One of 'Bama's players was just recently quoted as saying that but, I can't remember where I read it. I am thinking it was Javier A. but, I am not sure.

Could we just have a replay of that 1999 game?

How about this instead?

What a wonderful game. You know how CNNSI does a game recap each week, and they start the recap with the words "You knew it was over when..."?

Well, I knew that game was over when Freddie Milons ran for like 300 yards and scored early in the game.

This year, they defenses will dictate what happens early, but someone is going to play clutch in the 2nd half, and that team will obviously win. Will it be Tebow doing what he always does? Or will we beat him up enough in the 1st half so that he isn't an issue in the 2nd half? Will McElroy step up and make big throws the way he did against Va Tech? We've played pretty well the last couple of trips over to the Ga Dome.....99, won the SECCG, 08, beat Clemson and played Florida to the wire, and 09, beat Va Tech.

Great points, Exiled. Even though Florida doesn't hold a win/loss advantage on 'Bama overall, they do lead 'Bama by a margin of 4-2 in SEC Championship games.

This can't be allowed to stand. I am hoping for a 4th quarter pull away victory.

Florida doesn't have a workhorse running back who gets stronger as the game gets longer and that could be the difference.
