In November 2018 someone bet $1500 on Texas Tech to win the NC at 200-1 odds. Should they win ticket holder stands to collect $300K.

That's a tough one. On one hand they beat the team a lot of folks expected was the best team in the tournament. BUT, they are now playing another team that just beat the team everyone picked to win it all and a team some picked to win it all themselves. I'd play it safe and take the $65,000. If he's rich, I'd let it ride, but if he was a middle class individual or lower, I'd cash it out. I'm a major gambler, but even with taking $65,000 he's won way more than the odds would show.
