But even I — who taught him from an early age that elephants say, "Roll Tide" — didn't expect him to wake up before 7 a.m. that Saturday morning, humming "Yay, Alabama," as he put on his crimson football jersey.

Great read. It made me think of my grandson who is only 2. I am hoping he can attend his first game next year. He lives in Northport so he already goes to the University for gymnastics and has been to the quad, Denny Chimes, etc. He has his own pom pom and can say roll tide with the best of them. It is the only way to bring a child up!!!!!

Your right all children are different and there is nothing worse than trying to watch the game and having someone else's child ruin your day.
