Last night I heard Musburger make the comment about being in Tuscaloosa this upcoming weekend. I thought it odd and ran across this little blurb this morning.

ESPN’s remaining 2014 regular-season SEC game schedule – games on November 22, 27 and 29 – will be highlighted by a prime time telecast of No. 3 Auburn at No. 5 Alabama in the 79th Iron Bowl. ESPN will televise the in-state showdown – widely considered one of the most competitive and best rivalries in sports – on Saturday, Nov. 29, at 7:45 p.m. ET. SEC Network will also offer a live alternate presentation to ESPN’s coverage with specific details to be finalized.

Last season’s matchup featured No. 4 Auburn, with a 10-1 record, defeating an undefeated No. 1 Alabama on the final play of the game, giving Auburn a berth in the SEC Championship Game and ending Alabama’s quest for a third consecutive national title.

This will mark the first time ESPN has televised the Iron Bowl since a prime time telecast on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007, a 17-10 Auburn victory.

I'll be watching it in person. Wife and son will have to fight it out for the other ticket. I've had season tickets since I graduated. I let them go for about 5 years due to my coaching. When CNS was hired, I immediately got my tickets renewed. Will not let them go AGAIN!!
