This video reminds me of 2nd Lt. Dick Winters and his earlier commander, 1st Lt. Dan Sobel, in historical accounts of the 101st Airborne and Easy company preparing for WW2.
Sobel, led the troops he was training by fear and intimidation. Winters, on the other hand, was a quiet one who led by example. (His story in WW2 is WELL worth the read!)
I find this coach to be a great example of what is needed for today.
