šŸˆ You know the Iron Bowl is on the list, but where does NCAA.com rank it among top rivalries?

Third best? Fair enough.

A very underrated rivalry to me is the UT/Bama game. It's under the radar at the moment, and has been for some time, but there is some deep hate between those two fanbases. It's been a while since both school have been at the top of their game at the same time, but it'll heat up again.

The UT-Bama rivalry has always meant more for me until recently.

Depending on which side of the country you live in, people will view rivalries differently. Out here, people view the UCLA-USC rivalry as the biggest. If not that, Michigan-Ohio State. The Iron Bowl meant a lot to me when I was growing up in Alabama, but not so much anymore because I don't have to deal with those obnoxious try-hard rednecks that want to be Alabama. But nonetheless, it is a big rivalry. Outside of the military games, I'd say it still ranks like this nationally:

1) "The Game" 2) The Iron Bowl 3) Red River Rivalry

Some very underrated rivalries ( or at least in my opinion) that need more nation attention because of its intensity and hatred: 1)Clemson-South Carolina 2) Oregon-Washington 3) Alabama-Tennessee (though a big rivalry, has lost its luster)

Clemson/South Carolina is another good one as well.

The one I always looked forward to growing up was the Florida State/Miami matchup. Always big hits, great athletes and a whole lot of trash talking going on.

It was good, and I think it will be good again with Al Golden at Miami. FSU-UF has always been intense. Football, basketball, baseball, etc.. One rivalry I wish that would come back if the Backyard Brawl between Pittsburgh and West Virginia.
