If you don't he was charged with a DUI and his lawyer came out with a statement?
Suspended Alabama senior offensive guard Alphonse Taylor didnāt have had any alcohol in his system when he was arrested July 17, and his lawyer believes a head injury may have contributed to his ālethargicā state at the time of his DUI arrest earlier this month.
I know he took a lot of flack from some doubting his story about the head injury. I wonder if they feel the same way now considering how rough of a time he's having with his latest concussion. To me, considering his recovery time, it makes the head injury story more plausible.
