If you don't he was charged with a DUI and his lawyer came out with a statement?

Suspended Alabama senior offensive guard Alphonse Taylor didn’t have had any alcohol in his system when he was arrested July 17, and his lawyer believes a head injury may have contributed to his “lethargic” state at the time of his DUI arrest earlier this month.

I know he took a lot of flack from some doubting his story about the head injury. I wonder if they feel the same way now considering how rough of a time he's having with his latest concussion. To me, considering his recovery time, it makes the head injury story more plausible.

Shank may have other problems other than concussion. Was concussion responsible for the accident he had, or could it have been some other type of brain disorder? Just guessing here.
