Has to be somewhere around bullet point 25 or 26 to determine seeding in my opinion.
Literally saw it my very first year in coaching. We had a 3 way tie for first and after the first 5-6 determining factors hadn’t caused a separation, we went to a coin flip. One team was defending state champion and he was sweating some bullets. We won the area, he came in as runner up and the third team was left at home.
