I ordered a Shop Card on Costco's web site...like I've done quite a few times. I used the same card I always use. After almost an entire day of waiting (it usually takes a couple hours for the card to show up in my email), they cancel the order. I try again, same card, confirming all the information is correct...order canceled again.
WTH?!!! And I know it wasn't canceled by my bank (Capital One) as the emails came from Costco, NOT my bank. And the reason they gave was:

Well, I triple checked everything the 2nd time around...all good. But I know everything was correct anyway because my membership account is renewed automatically on that same card and THAT transaction went through just fine.Please review your Costco.com details:
- Credit Card or Payment information
- Billing and/or Shipping information
