Afterall, our athletic department has been a role model for efficiency and effectiveness (ie, competing for and winning championships across the board). Why we should just name our football building for the man who has led us to the current heights we enjoy.

I meant other heads should roll way before Mal's because of the NCAA thing. But, I do think Mal should think about finding a replacement because at 70 yrs old putting up with the likes of Finebaum and know it all fans would wear on a guy.

I was using sarcasm to point out how I strongly disagreed with your view.

I hate to see fans pinning all the negative on him as if it was all his doing. Many in this country seem to have been conditioned by the blood-thirsty media to blame the guy at the top for any and all problems and then send him to the guillotine. That certainly makes for good headlines. But, I think it does little to address the real problem(s). I certainly don't think we could find anyone who loves the University more than Mal Moore. And, as was mentioned earlier, the man has done a fantastic job in many, many respects. At age 70, he will be gone soon. Given his history with the program, I think it would be a classy move by all to let the man leave with the dignity and honor which he deserves.
